    善于領會弦外之音。善談曾是人首先要掌握的技巧，但此術已不敷用。我們必須懂得領悟暗示，尤其是用于解除自己的疑惑。若不能很好地理解别人，那就很難被别人理解。有的人就像極善揣測他人之心的術士、洞察獵物之意的山貓。恰恰是那些對我們極為重要的真相，别人隻會說一半。但是，隻要用心，我們就能夠理解全部含義。好事甯信其無，壞事甯信其有。
