Theboystookverylittlenoticeofher,beingmuchabsorbedintheirownaffairs,butBettydidforBabwhatSanchodidforBen,andtrottedafterarrowstillhershortlegsweresadlytired,thoughherpatiencenevergaveout.ShewassosureBabwouldwinthatshecarednothingaboutherownsuccess,practisinglittleandseldomhittinganythingwhenshetried.
