LouisadeniedTom’sparticipationintheoffencebuthermotherstoppedherwiththeconclusiveanswer,‘Louisa,don’ttellme,inmystateofhealthforunlessyouhadbeenencouraged,itismorallyandphysicallyimpossiblethatyoucouldhavedoneit.’
